Paste this into the proxy url bar:

http://hairtops.blogspot.com/en/

Hit enter and log into stardoll. Paste this into the url bar:

http://hairtops.blogspot.com/en/do/campaign/monster.php?watch=true

Hit enter again, a blank page will come up. Leave the proxy, the skirt should be in a Monster High bag in your suite. If you want the hat you'll still need to join the club using a manual proxy. Use 146.101.133.34 Port: 80 or 109.123.110.15 Port: 80 (thanks HTGF)
